Q. How do I create email accounts?

A. To create an email account login to your control panel and click add/remove email account’s. If you forgot your web hosting CPANEL account username and password, e-mail us at support@intraneting.com

Q. What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?
A. For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com

Q. Where do I go to check my emails using my browser?
A. yourdomain.com/webmail/

Q. How can I setup webmail to go directly to horde, neomail or squirrel mail?
A. Login to the one you prefer to use after doing so copy the entire url from your address bar. You will not login to your cpanel and create a subdomain to go to the address you just copied.

Q. Microsoft Outlook can RECEIVE but not SEND mail?
A. Under Account Options TURN ON SMTP Authetication in Outlook and change the OUTGOING settings to your ISP. Ensure that SMTP
“My OUTGOING Mail Server Requires Authentication” is check. The ” Secure Password Authentication” should be not check. Please follow the steps below to make sure this is enabled.
1) Open outlook
2) Go to Tools/Email Accounts
3) Select the Account with the trouble and click Change
4) Click on More Settings
5) Click on Outgoing Server Tab
6) Click “Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) requires authentication” and make
sure “Use same settings as incoming mail server” is selected
If this fail change the SMTP Port number from 25 to 26.
Click OK > Next and Finish.

Q. How to leave Messages on server-Outlook 2010?
A: If you have configured a POP account refer the steps below in Outlook 2010
Click the File tab > Account Settings
Click on account settings again
Highlight existing email account
Click change > More settings >Click Advanced tab
In Delivery section: check box “Leave a copy of message on the server.”
Click OK > Next and Finish.
